Someone say something really controversial so we can bring the board back from the dead.

I got nothing...[insert really controversial comment] , how's that?

I just noticed that while answering the questions we asked Greg mentions "TSIY 3, or 4". So it's a given that TSIY became a regular thing, and possibly our only source for lg15 videos.
This increases my suspicion that TSIY is a way Eqal found to discretely step away from LG15. It's possible they have grown tired of it (which I can totally understand) and want to move on to new things but don't want to leave us without our lonelycrack so the best solution possible is basically, "well if you like the show so much, why don't you make it yourselves?"
So this basically means that we will enjoy fan made series for years to come, and I look forward to see all your wonderful ideas and talent, and may even make one of my own someday, but our chances of seeing a conclusion to the resistance became much smaller.

I just don't understand why they don't say to us "The Resistance is not coming back again", and just give us some closure. Or just make one last Resistance video to close the series and tie off loose ends.

They were able to do lonelygirl15 for years with very little money, but with The Resistance it seems like they think that we want a super high quality expensive show. Personally, I liked lonelygirl15 better... it was much more interactive... during The Resistance I don't even remember solving many clues and playing detective like we did in lonelygirl15.

I do think that they just have gotten tired of producing LG15 universe stuff. That's fine... but it would be nice for them to be straight up about it.

Look guys, we might as well just admit it. TR isn't coming back. I too don't understand why they just don't admit it and leave it at that. The only reason that I can think of is that they are trying to hang on to a dwindling but nevertheless faithful audience to fill the seats for some of their other projects. OR they are just trying to get good press. It's a longshot, I know but who of us can really say what their motives are?
I am completely suspicious of TSIY2-? and the terms to which they have set.
First, if they can offer $5000 to a party, to buy their TSIY story then why in Hades can't they at least finish TR? No money, they say. Please.
Second, why would I sign on, for TSIY when, at the end of it all I have to give over all of my hard work. No friggin way.
Third, after rearranging 2+ months of ours lives in an attempt to create a show, what EXACTLY is it that EQAL intends to do on their part? I would love some clarity and guarantees on what their part and/or responsibilities are on this.
I know these are questions that have already been asked and if clear answers to these have already been made, I would love the links.

The question that probably should have been asked is how $5000 could be best spend to provide us with some great LG15 entertainment. As a group we could probably have come up with a plan. But yea, we can only hope that we get some awesome TSIY-2 entries.

No, no, Hitler would be one of the babies at the Evil Baby Orphanage. That is what the Evil Baby Orphanage is, a place where you put all the major evil people in history as a baby, so they can be reeducated into proper citizens. That's why we need the time machine, so we can go back in time to when to evil people were babies, kidnap them and put them in the orphanage.

D'you really think we could get everybody though? Then again, we would have to go way into some area uninhabited in space and time to keep them safe....and then hopefully they would be safe.

Hmm, you know how The Resistance was written by a guy that's done a couple of hit indie comics? I'm thinking maybe we could convince him to do an LG15 series while we wait. ^^ It would have to either be an adaption of Season 1 [of LG15 or TR] or be a whole different story.

I'd buy it in a heartbeat, myself. :D

Do we really need to ask someone else for help?
I think collectedly we have what it takes to create an awesome series, just look at The Last, all the ideas there where for pilots, all the fan fiction there has been over the years (actually maybe we should have a look threw those, there may a ready to use script there), we have what it takes.
It's just that to make any project happen in this board you have to keep on cheering people to do it, every day or even every hour or nothing gets done, believe me I know

I wonder that, since EQAL aren't currently planning any new web series right now [just helping others], will the second season of TSIY be as long as the creators want it to be? They probably limited this one to eight weeks initially because they had HG to do.

Now that I think of it, the Lasties should have pulled a Scooby Doo and split into groups instead of all being at the same campsite.
