This is the Official thread detailing all the events of Kate Modern for all of those people who cant use bebo due to problems such as work or just dont like useing sites like bebo.

If you see any action i have missed then by all means post it in here as a quote and ill add it.

Unfortunately my parents are currently cracking down on how long i'm on for.(loneleycrack strikes again) So appoligys in advance for If i am late putting something up. Moderaters by all means add to this if you have the chance to beat me to it.

Today was rather long and now I'm at home. Thinking I should get back to editing the video project thing I'm working on. Ah, I'm exhausted! Charlie has yet to return with my pink smock... Hmmmmmm... Uh, okay bye

We're all headed out for some drinks shortly (the usual place!), and I hope no-one's got any big meetings first thing tomorrow!

And it's another sweaty day in the Capital- woke at 6 as usual without a hangover (I'm a Hangover Dodger- steady on, lots of water before bed!!) and felt a bit useless without a job!

I'm actually very good with Final Cut but I've been messing about with video settings all weekend trying to figure out how to make this art stuff look perfect. Hmmphhhh. Well, hopefully will get something up soon for you all to see :p

Monday 17th July

After spending the weekend messing around with some bits and peices in a video editor Kate manages to create a final cut for her video and uplaods it around 11pm-12am

(Music plays in the background as camera zooms in on various shots of pigeons.)

(Camera stops and pans around on a dark figure balancing atop a building.)

(Cuts to different patterns, then fades back into the figure, more zoomed in and unfocused.)

(Quickly cuts back to the pigeons, then to the figure walking, then to a heart on the side of a notebook disappearing.)

(Shows two drawn characters. The character on the left is holding a heart, and rips it in half. Shot fades out to the left character stomping on the ripped heart, the right character looking distraught.)

(Cuts to a pattern. The shot zooms into the pattern then quickly cuts to other patterns.)

(Cuts to foot traffic on the sidewalk of a busy street. Camera pans over to two men. One man pushes the other to the ground. Shot zooms in and plays the first half of the clip, then zooms out and shows the ending. )

(Lyrics begin as camera pans around the man on the ground stuggling to get up, then cuts back two the characters. The left one dancing on the heart, then kicking it.)

(Cuts to various patterns, then shows the characters again, the right character is lying on top on the heart, the left has his arm raised in the air, then cuts to the right character holding what appears to be wings. She puts them on and flies upwards.)

(Cuts to show the image on the side of a notebook disappearing once again.)

(Camera cuts to a pigeon, than pans to many pigeons on a roof-top)

(Fades through white to the figure again, then quickly cuts and pans around large buildings as a pigeon flies out. The video fades out.)

Notes

* Even though this is Kate's first video, we still don't know much about her, but her personality depicts itself a little bit through her art.
* This video for one reason or another has a constant theme of pigeons.
* This video was uploaded and then taken down again for a brief period of time. When it was posted the second time, some people claimed that the video quality was significantly improved.

At least it's not actually RAINING but I wish it was warmer...not that I'd want to be anywhere except London! I was up half the night experimenting with a new video technique...can't sleep too well at the momen

Kate: I've never really done anything like filming myself before, but I just thought I'd say hey. Blogging and all of that is a bit alien to me. I don't know, because I've obviously used Bebo to put my art up. I was basically just trying to capture how I was feeling at the time I was going out with my ex-boyfriend, and it's all about our breakup. Me and him, the pigeons, and the stick man, kind of a sign that it's over. It's just all things that I've taken from our relationship. The pigeons are very interesting characters. I was thinking they represent London, hugely. I like pigeons. The music is definitely as important. Laurin, thank you very much, because it means a lot to me too. I basically heard that song from my friend, she played it to me one day. She like, gave me her iPod and was like, "Check this song out." I don't know, it just makes my heart melt a bit, and it's everything I feel that song was representing. And I thank you that you really like it, because it means a lot to me too. I would love you to send me music! Please send me music! So, yeah. I'm glad that you guys were liking it, and thank you. And I'll put some more up when I do more, which will be soon.

Notes

* This video seems to feature a shoutout to LG15 fan "LaurinB" who commented on Kate's first video.
* Kate's scarf, which she toys around with throughout the video, is reminiscent of Bree's pink feather boa.

Kate uploads video " A Friendly Lie"

In the video she starts off asking has anyone asked a small lie. and then starts talking about how it can spread like a disease. She then admits that her name is not Kte. When she first met Charlie she asked what her name was and the first thing she said was kate. From there she brought it and charlie intraduced kate toa ll her friends. Now she even has a boyfriend who knows her as kate and things are getting out of hand. So she has decided to confess

Just now kate and charlie changed thier names to

Kate says, "Right now I am thinking things through."

Charlie says, "Right now I am wondering what the heck is up with 'Kate'."

I will be updateing today incase anything enw comes up so if it isnt up to date iuts cus im editing it

Just doing them iv been sitting here an hour between daniel ma belle and this makeing it look all purdy in the process.

I added a 1 or 2 things i missed yesterday. I was relying on the changes list bebo has for any "changes" (weired pun there?) But so many people are doing things on bebo i musta missed them. Im checking hourly today but ill probably be gone from 4-8 british time so any one who can check each hour for updates in that time thanks.

Expect soemthing today. if this is at all important should we do like video transcrips like lgpedia or should we just start useing a katepedia and just use this for imediate updates?
